Influencer Marketing Manager

You'll run creator collaborations for LocalPay — end to end. We already have the process, the tools, and the pipeline. We need someone sharp and reliable to operate it every day.

About LocalPay

What you'll do

• -Manage day-to-day creator collaborations — outreach, negotiation, briefing, approvals, tracking.
• -Work inside our internal tool to manage the full pipeline from lead to published content.
• -Communicate with creators (mostly English-speaking travel/lifestyle creators).
• -Review drafts, give feedback, make sure content hits the brief.
• -Track performance metrics. Know what worked, what didn't, and why.
• -Spot good creators proactively — not just the ones that come inbound.
• -Suggest improvements to the process as you learn it.

You

• -You are responsible. When you say you'll do something, it gets done. This is the main thing.
• -You are smart and learn fast. You pick up new tools and processes in hours, not weeks.
• -You communicate clearly in English — written and spoken.
• -You are 19–25 years old. If you're a student — great. We care about how you think, not your degree.
• -No experience in influencer marketing or fintech required. Seriously. We'll teach you everything.
• -You are organized and detail-oriented. You don't drop balls.
• -You have good taste — you can tell when content feels right and when it doesn't.
